SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS:

Internally • 10 - 15 drops in 8 oz. of water • Take 1-3 times a day not to exceed 3 weeks, or as directed by your health professional. If needed, discontinue 1 week and then continue.

Topically • 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of water • As a poultice: soak gauze or other cloth in above solution, using warm water, and place on the affected area 30-60 minutes; repeat several times per day. For larger areas, apply frequently as a spray at the same dilution.

Drinking Water Purification • 40 drops per gallon of water. Note: Merely adding PERFECT pH to the water does not purify it. The PERFECT pH/water solution is purified only after it is ingested and comes into contact with stomach acid. Water in a container is not pure until it is acidified or consumed. Note: Cl02 does not kill giardia, because the giardia is cystic and Cl02 cannot get through the cyst to kill it. Backpackers can use a filter to trap the giardia.

Water and Surface Sterilization • 20 drops with 10 drops of lemon juice (or citric acid/phosphoric acid solution).Wait one minute, then add gallon of water. The sterilization properties of Cl02 must be activated by an acid. Lemon juice, citric acid, or phosphoric acid is used. Shortly after mixing Cl02 with the acid, the solution may turn yellow and give off a smell of chlorine. Then add the water and use it to wash counter tops, stoves, cutting boards, etc.

Fruit and Vegetable Wash • 20 drops with 10 drops of lemon juice (or citric acid/phosphoric acid solution). Wait one minute, then add gallon of water. Soak fruits and vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

CAUTION - Always dilute PERFECT pH with water before taking. Only dilute with water. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not take if pregnant or lactating. Skin contact with undiluted PERFECT pH calls for thorough rinsing with cold water.
